AMP Football provides Player Development services in order to strategically develop skills required for players targeting the professional level. Through local coaching, camps and tours players progress towards the goal of achieving a professional trial. This development pathway does not require a player to change teams but rather is a focused path to identify what to improve via assessment by AMP Football and specific training using local coaches. AMP Football has local coaching contacts in several cities including Long Island, New York and Toronto, Ontario that train the athletes with inputs from AMP Football. Upon meeting AMP Football’s standards for a trialist, AMP Football will contact an appropriate club that matches the players profile and the clubs needs. If a trial is successful, AMP Football will perform Player Representation services for the player.
